Me and My Shadow

These classes are for ages 18 months to 3 years. Accompany your child through a world of movement. Classes are Tuesday from 3pm to 3:45pm. Cost is $65 per month.

Adult Gymnastics & Fitness

These classes will be for adults of all ages that want to learn to tumble. Whether your a martial artist, dancer, performer, or just interested in learning to tumble, this class is for you. Cost per class will be $15.

Recreational Gymnastics

These classes are for ages 5-18 years old! These classes give your children the opportunity to learn more about confidence and how to stay active, all while having fun!
